Need to contact Honda but put a partial scan in the OP. The dealer's position is that it was fair since they told her the price and she didn't do any research and agreed to it.

Looks automatically authentic.

Good enough evidence for me.

Obviously written by witches.

Dude I'd call Honda corp and BITCH. That's WAY too many hours of labor. A clutch is an 8 hour job on the books at most.

WOW ! So they went with " Its her fault for not researching..." That right there is not legit in any way or fashion.

No reason to open up myself to liability by posting the entire record, since technically what happened between her and the dealership is not my business. However if you'd like to see more of the document, you're welcome to PM me and we can facetime and whisper sweet nothings to each other and you can see it for yourself. Honda's attitude appears to be that dealerships are independently run franchises and that they've "opened an investigation." Seems like her mistake was getting the estimate, signing off on it, them doing the work, and then her paying. Dealership's stance is she agreed to it before they did the work. Rough.

Is it not?

I guess the point of posting this on the internet is lost on me then.

Except to prove that its way too easy to cause outrage on this site?

Lol @ open yourself up to liability. What does this even mean??

I'm really not trying to be a jerk. Is your motive to just prevent ANYONE from going to ANY Honda dealer?

Why would you have this lady's records if its "none of your business"? Seems a little creepy.

Is she even mad about this?

Do you work at this dealer? Are you bringing down the whole system from the inside?
