I have a 00'. They have the guide holes you can drill just in case you wanted to add it later on. Which I just drilled and added one myself.

I didn't notice a difference with the windscreen up or down, then again, I have no hair. I took mine off along with a lot of other stuff to lighten the car.

How much hair did you have remove to make a difference?
