Fit is pretty good. Ingress/egress is a little difficult but I manage this buy moving the seat all the way back each time I get out and then moving the seat forward after starting the car. If I could make one change, I'd opt for an adjustable steerin wheel. In order to get my arms and legs and proper distances, the seat is a little too high (maybe 1/8 to 1/4 inch) to keep the position from being perfect. But it's damned close.

I'm 6'2" and I fit fine except when it comes to looking at stop lights with the top up. (I try to drive with the top down as much as possible, but that limits my days of S2000 enjoyment in Michigan.)
I found a cheap add-on that was reviewed in Car and Driver that's helped my neck called LightInSight. It's essentially a press-on prism for the top of the windshield that let's you see stoplights without ducking down if you're tall. It was only about $15.45 with shipping.
If anyone is interested, you can get more info at: http://LightInSight.com/

I'm long waisted, and I have to lean over to see traffic lights. I've got a slipped disk, in my neck, and at times it is very painful, but I do it anyway.
I wish that there was a way to yank the year view mirrow off when I take it up a windy mountain road. It really gets in the way.

what is behind the seat anyway?
............
For the bigger guys like us, the answer is that absolutely, positively nothing is behind the driver's seat. Not a heck of a lot can go behind the passenger's seat either. My wife (5 foot 2) is a foot shorter than I, but she keeps the seat nearly all the way back, so that she can place her feet comfortably around that cross bar thingy on the floor.
