Yep the internal parts of the engine are all OEM.

I was about at 9100-9200rpms when this happened so my guess is that the springs could not bring back the inlet/exhaust valves on the seat valves... ;)
And the result was the piston on cylinder no.2 to get in contact with the valves... The rest is what you see in the pictures.

seems like a valve retaining keeper failed and dropped a valve into cyl #2 where it got crushed up.

You have an AP1 though, wouldn't that just be the redline? So isn't that not overrevving?
