My comments were in reference to the electric engine swap posted. As far as any other swap, hey ive contemplated the pros/cons of a v8 swap. I like the idea of having FI power in a NA package. I've been through a lot of motors in this car, but ive always stuck with the stock powerplant because for sake of ease and finances it made the most sense, along with the fact that I really do enjoys the character of the motor even if it doesn't produce the output id prefer. Its really great for what it is, arguably the best!

Is this the ballpark rebuild cost of the existing motor in car, or them sourcing and refurbishing a used motor. Serious question

Thats them supplying the block and head if need be and the price I was recently quoted by them. I think they do a small credit for your old stuff depending on condition.

I called inlinepro recently and they have rebuilt F20 longblocks with core exchange for $3000. Has anyone had good experiences with their stock rebuilt engines? With install your looking at ~$4500 plus tax...sounds like a good deal?!?!

There was a list someone put together. A spreadsheet of s2000 engine builds. Most all forced induction. I think with Excel. It was color coded to every 100 hp jump. Ive been hunting for it . It went all the way to low 900 hp. It had a lot of major item build nfo etc. If anyone can point me to this it would be much appreciated. It had lots of major component info etc. Thanks for letting me ask this question.

I'm in the middle of a build now and would like to survey a few things from that spreadsheet.

Mileage on your F24? Does it use much oil? Do you have a custom or stock tune? I was considering the F24 in the future, but with the cost of install, swap, EMS, and tune your looking at over 10K.
