He just installed the Balade TCT and not Billman's. Obviously isn't following the posts here.

The easy way to get one, that's how it is now. Ordering a part from a website is really easy now but getting the best quality part may have been worth the effort.

If he continues to check his oil like he does in this video that engine will be toast in no time. The reading on the first pull of the dipstick is notoriously incorrect, it could be off by a couple of quarts and still show up on the dipstick on the first pull , I've seen that many times. The second pull and reading is the first accurate reading on these cars.
I wouldn't say that's necessarily true. If my car has been sitting for a while (more than a day) the first reading on the stick is exactly the same as any other.
I can say from experience that our engines can be a over a quart low and still have the oil level show up in the meaty area of the dipstick on the first pull. I've been burned like that at least once. Then the second pull will show the low oil level. Now if your engine isn't low on oil then it can show up more accurately on the first pull, but it can be inaccurate if the oil level is low as you are reading the splash level rather than the actual level. The dipstick also picks up oil that sits on the splash shield, so never rely on the first pull.

Words of wisdom right here.
