european alignment specs

I'm at the aliment shop right now, but I can't find the euro alignment specs, I'm wanting to change to it to see how I like it, anybody know where I can find the specs?

what's differant between Uk and US?
and is there any info about race alignment?

As I remember the US alignment specs should be F.-0.5 and rear -1.0 but the rest I have forgotten.
