IS THE REAR VALANCE , EXHAUST END CAP , THE BLACK THING INBETWEEN THE EXHAUST PIPES, IS IT CONNECTED TO THE BUMPER OR IS IT AN INDEPENDENT PIECE? IT IS IN GB... ANYONE KNOW IF IT COMES OFF...

oh...and to stay on topic, yes the black part of the bumper is a part of the bumper itself. It cannot be removed.

Then why do they sell a single outlet replacement valance?
