ASM 70mm is what you want. This exhaust SCREAMS at WOT but is very tame while cruising.
. at idle and at cruising speeds it is very quiet specially for a 70mm single outlet. It does get louder as the RPM's increase, but it doesn't get that loud.Try J's dual I think it will give you what you are looking for (or the tad bit quieter Mugen/Toda duals)

Try out the First F1 Racing Exhaust. Not to many people have it but it looks great, sounds even better, and the price is just right. Hear is a video clip of it.
