F20C vs F22C vs Mugen Vs others
I have built up my F20C including J's intake, J's header, 3 Angle valve job, and some other work. I wish to keep everything looking stock and not really interested in aftermarket exhaust systems, especially since the car is a daily driver. My question is currently the car is sounding quite restrictive at high RPM in the exhaust flow and wondering if the F22C cat back will flow any better? or how would it compare to something like a mugen exhaust? Single exhausts are out of the question.

Quick question, why did you spend all that money on mods when our exhaust is probably the biggest bottleneck in the car? If you aren't going to change out the exhaust, any other mod is going to produce only minimal gains. The exhaust is only 2.5", has a cat, a resonator, and splits into a dual. There are 3 points of restriction. The F22C exhaust is almost identical, no reason to change to that. I would say something like the J's 70mm dual would be good for your setup. Any reason you are determined to keep a super quiet exhaust? There are plenty of aftermarket exhausts that make ok power and aren't much louder than stock.

If you really want to keep it quiet, get the ASM 70mm Single or you can try their 60mm dual Both are very quiet systems, the dual will only be slightly louder than stock, but the 70mm single will produce more top end power and be louder (close to the Mugen in terms of loudness though the pitch is different).

one of the biggest reasons is I don't want a car which looks modded in any shape or form. true sleeper. next would be I drive typically 20,000 kms on the car every year and it has to be drivable. also living in a high theft area the exhaust would spell, steal me!
I know the singles are best but out of the question. what are the best duals and what are the quietest?
