A dealer had an ad in last weekend's Philadelphia Inquirer for a lease of $299/Month with 'only' $6000 down on a 2001

holy crapola..unfortunately in California ,there aren't any such deal like these.

This isn't really a deal. I don't know all the particulars, so I took some guesses.

Say the lease is 39 months, MSRP is 32,500, residual % is 70, and the interest rate is 8% (money factor = IR/24). The negotiated price of the car comes out to a little over $33,000. Maybe a better deal then you can get in CA, but still not a "great" deal.
