can I still use my stock flywheel with an aftermarket ACT clutch setup?

Be aware that from what people have posted in the past that changing to a different clutch is going to transfer the wear and tear down the drive train to the final gears, differential and half shafts. You pick your poison. If you are going to change to an ACT clutch I also recommend you look into Comptech diff re-enforcement and pay closer attention to rear end maintenance. Stay away from puck-style racing clutches or those made from light-weight composite materials as they are designed for race cars and not for city driving. The demands on the clutch are much different and so too are the duty cycles.

Not to reiterate what already has been said. If you find yourself in stop and go city traffic a lot, I would not go lighter than the Comptech flywheel.

Also your choice of flywheel and clutch may make your drivetrain noisier. Clutch chatter and decel rattle are also factors to consider.
