Default G-Tech Pro!!!

When I had my 01 Z28 I bought a set of BFG KDWS tires and got a free G-Tech Pro. I've had it about 3 years now and decided to take it out about 2:00 this morning and try it out. Keep in mind that I've never drag raced besides some stoplight playing so I'm sure some of you pros could do alot better. I'm also worried about damaging the transmission or differential (wish they weren't so weak). Had a ball and these are times I got.

0-60: 6.3
1/4: 14.49@ 100.7

Probably not to impressive to some but I was happy for my first time out. It was about 60-64 degrees with 68% humidity. I launched 0-60 around 5 grand and 1/4 around 6 grand. Only took one try at each one due to differential worry. My 60-0 ft time was about 158 but I didn't get on the brakes too hard or quick enough. Nights like these I love living in the boonies, long flat empty highway to play on. Like I said times aren't real impressive but I am happy and I had a ball.
Soon as I get a stronger differential and some cheaper tires maybe I can play some more.

Later,

Mrcln1

Forgot to mention my S in 100% stock, airfilter, plugs, everything. I've only had it 1 month so haven't had time to mod it.

I have one and haven't used it even once. Still brand new! If any of you are interested in it, I'll give it to you for 40 bucks. I got it because I wanted to time my S but just don't want to risk the clutch and differential.

Your times aren't that bad at all, especially since you weren't thrashing your S2k to within an inch of it's differential.
