Default Got my LOUD exhaust put on today!

Sounds nice & deep from 1K-5K and very loud like a Spoon from 6K-9K! Can wake up the dead when gunning it or dropping it! But Im kinda scared now though. I noticed I dont have as much "pull" as I used too. My buddy who has driven my car a few times before I had the exhaust put on, said that he notices alot of power throughout the entire rpm range with this new exhaust setup. Do you think Im just imagining things since Im so used to driving my car and cant feel the difference? Also, I forgot to tell the mechanic about putting in a straight thru resonator behind the cat. The mechanic also said that they cant mandrel bend the 3 inch pipe since its wide anyways and wont affect airflow. I only needed 2 bends anyways and they are very slight he said. Do you think the ECU needs a day or few to get used to this setup for me to really feel it? I took out the cat after the exhaust was put in and now have the unresonated test pipe in. Or should I have gotten 2.5 piping? They didnt make 2.75 -Another issue, the 2 bolts and springs that connects the front of the test pipe to my header, totally fell off while my buddy and I were driving around today after the exhaust was installed. I ordered 2 of them from the dealership today, but wont come in till Tuesday. So now I got some air leaking out from between my header and test pipe, but a little gap. With air leaking, is it normal for my setup to sound extra loud at all rpms and kinda crappy? It sounded good earlier before the bolts fell off. What do you think caused the bolts to come off? We were positive they were tight. Also, Can a CAT also act as back pressure for an exhaust? I was told I need back pressure since I now have wider exhaust piping. Or should I just stick with a test pipe to replace the cat?

Hey anytime you get a aftermarket exhaust you have to replace the 3 bolts from the cat to the exhaust. Because they are weak and will rust. Instead of ordering it from honda. Just go to a hardware store to get the bolt.

This is overkill,on a stock engine;you may even lose power.
