Having second thoughts on an S I'm supposed to pick up sat

I would just take a chance on parking the company car on the street. If not then I would wait til you have a good place to park the S.
I daily my S to work but it is parked right in front of my office and at home it is inside my garage. When we go out somewhere and I know the neighborhood is questionable and I will be away from my car for few hours, we just take my wife's E class.

Coming from the side of the desk that makes the rules in my office, I would suggest discussing the rule first with the boss before arbitrarily choosing to disregard it even if the boss doesn't live right around the corner. They might be able to change the rule in certain circumstances, or offer alternative solutions previously not thought of. But just doing what you feel like despite knowing the rule isn't a good idea because it could really bite you later.

I would double think before parking my s2k out at night even in a good neighborhood.
But then again, I have seen other people park outside on the street but its right in front of their house in a low light street so its hard to spot the s2k.
