I'd get the 02, but mainly because I like GPW/Red more than tan. Regardless, maybe because the warranty will carry over longer into the future.

I bought my car used in October of 2004. It was an 01 with 34k. I got it for $20,200. I think it was a bargain. I don't know if the off season helps, but it might, and it's coming up! GL!
