here's an idea

there should be a hardtop convertible for the s2000 just like how they have it for mercedes and bmw. i'm sure it would be costly...

i thought about this long ago but if you look at most HT converts, they dont look as nice... the hardtop... i think cause its broken up strangely....

plus, it would just jack up the price like crazy... and more maintenance issues...

The new Z4 hardtop vert looks pretty good.

^ I will say it is the best looking of the Z4's, but I think they all look like SHIT.

might as well add in a automatic transmission.

i like the S for it's simplicity. i prefer it without the added weight.

if i could afford an elise/exige, i would ditch the S in a second.

yeah a convet hartop would be kool, but also weight would play a large factor. to make the S even more simple would be a manual drop top like the mr2 spyder :hello: but yeah overall i like the way the S was built

the new m3, or e93 looks great as a convertible hardtop. trunk space is also reduced with the hardtop convertible.

maybe carbon fiber for weight reduction as a convertible hardtop... it'd be interesting if someone actually fabricated one.

I would love to see a targa. It seems more reasonable.
