I used to have a brochure that was mailed to me in 2000 (after signing up for info at a auto show with the SSM concept) that folded out to make a "+" sign and had a start button with a sound clip of the engine revving.

Unfortunately I do not have any scans as I sold it a several years ago on ebay for >$50
