Default Does this seem a good s2000 to buy?

Hey guys, i'm a new memeber on here and i've been reading all over the forum and stuff and it seems everyone, for the most part, is very active! I really like the s2000 after i somehow came across your forum and started browsing pictures and info.. and saw a couple on the streets so my dad and I might buy one =] So I just wanted you guys feedback on whether this particular s2000 is a good deal or not. The seller says:

I have for sale my 2001 Honda s2000. Car is in really good shape. And looks great. It has ap2 front bumper and ap2 taillights.
Perfect time to drive a convertible. Car has clean title. It's white with red interior which is pretty rare. It also has a stage 4 clutch
and a 7lb flywheel the previous owner put in. Also it's drop on ebiach springs and comes with stock suspension.

Goods: Car looks and great good. White with red interior. Ap2 front bumper. Ap2 rear taillight. Top in great condition.

Bads: Has 160,xxx miles. Has some rips in seats. Cel light on for misfire. (Probably coil packs)

http://i951.photobucket.com/albums/a...et/jjjjjjj.jpg <---- a picture of the car

What do you guys think? Do you think this would be a good buy? Should i be concerned about the very high mileage? Are the seats expensive to fix?
Thanks for your time, and advice. Appreciate it.

The thing that I would worry about is the CEL for a misfire. If the seller is stating "probably coil packs" well he should probably get it fixed! I'm pretty sure you don't want to buy a car and then end up bringing it to a shop to find out that you have to drop $3,000+ to replace the valves, retainers, etc..

I think the price is good, but you'll want to know what the problem is. If it's the coil packs, so be it, but you need to know.

Seats are expensive, but you can get some covers from wetokole for under $300 that look fine. I have some on order for my car, in fact.

There are some outfits that do leather for the S2000 for like $700, but I don't think anyone here has done it.

Have you seen it in person? That paint looks very dull to me, might just be dirty or a crappy camera, or it might be a cheap respray (since the front bumper had to be painted anyway)

edit: Also, it doesn't look dropped to me, and what wheels are those?
