Default How much do you pay for Insurance?

I have not seen a post in regards to this. I wanted to see how I compare to the rest of you regarding car insurance. Let me preface this by informing you that I own a 2001 S2000 W/hartop, and my wife drives a 2001 Toyota Celica GTS auto. I am 22 and my wife is 21. I have 1 ticket for speeding, and my wife has 1 ticket for speeding, niether of us have any accidents. I am paying $430 per month. And that is the cheapest insurance that I have been able to find.

My wife and I pay a combined $2600/year. She's 24 and drives a 98 Civic (soon to be a G35 or RX8), and I'm 25 with the S2000. Despite the difference in the vehicles, it's a 50/50 cost split. No accidents or tickets for either of us. We're in South Florida, which typically has higher rates that some areas of the country.

1,000 Bucks a year in NJ ( NJ Manufacturers insurance )
34 Years old and no tickets in the last 3 years .
I do still have over 20 points on my license.
I had 36 points a few years ago.

I can remember back when I was 18 in 1986 and driving a new 4 door accord I paid 1650 a year to start but as soon as I got 12 Points in the following 6 months and had one major accident my insurance shot up to 3,500 a year with a 2,000 dollar deductible.
Man , I sure did learn some expensive lessons over the years.

I guess that most of the costs on my insurance have to do with the state that I live in. Anybody in Cali gonna post on this for comparison?

$97/ month with $500 deductible. I'm 26 with 7 wrecks and 4 speeding tickets and 2 suspended licenses. Oh yea, I only have liability.
