^no.
To make that much power, you'll need ITB's or a stroked motor, custom header, custom cams (hytech is your best option for header and cams - prepare to spend 3500 on the two), and a 2.75" or 3" single exhaust. The Apexi exhaust is not going to get you anywhere NEAR your power goals; it's best to ditch that right now if your serious.
You're looking at around 8 or 9 thousand dollars to get to your goal. Don't forget you're going to need an EMS to run this type of stuff too, that is going to be over 1 thousand. Some love having a high hp N/A setup, but for 6K you could have a turbo setup that will be faster - it depends on what you want.
If you really want to make that much power naturally aspirated, you're going to need to give Hytech and InlinePRO a call very soon. Don't waste your time with intakes and exhausts - it's time to go custom.
You should introduce yourself to the N/A tuning thread in the JDM forum. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and there is a guy running ITB's and Hytech cams making 275 rwhp or so.
