There will be more 350Zs running around than S2000s. I saw 3 today and only saw one S.

Well yea, the 350Z is being mass produced and the S2000 has always been a "limted"(in Honda's terms) edition car.

I'm sure 350Z's will be driving around like Kia Rio's.

Production for the 350z is running at 4,000 units worldwide a month. Production for the S2000 runs at about 15,000 units a year.

So from 1999 to 2002 you probably have close to 50,000 S2000s made. Meanwhile by the end of it's first production year there will be 48,000 350z's.

Ditto greybeard. I also have a Dodge Stealth which like the S, was a car set for limited production -- and now is not even made anymore. All the better for me to see fewer of them on the road. I know I have a unique auto.

I took a Z out for a test drive 2 weekends ago. Just looking, absolutely no way I'm trading in the S. Anyway, when the dealer starting to question me, I just BS'd about wanting to get a feel of the car before the winter, and that I was really waiting for the Spring and a convertible. His comment... "They are having problems with the convertible, and it will probably be delayed, possibly by a considerable amount".

Don't know how much I trust/care what he said, he is a cars salesman.

Not really true, there are not that many 3000GTs available either.
