Default Insurance Companies Suck

I'm not sure who is the real theif, the guy who steals your car or the insurance company that denies your claim...

all that needs to happen is for that guy to have another forensic examiner say the exact opposite and find some case or occurrence that a navigator's key security was circumvented. I bet that the insurance company would settle then.

that is unfortunate though.. i side with the insurance company though. as of right now, they are in the right.

The tow truck has always defeated these transponder systems. And any valet or mechanic that touches your car, can copy the key code, and then go joy ridding at a future date. Key chips make stealing the car difficult, but certainly not impossible. And anyone who is denied a 20,000+ claim on the basis on transponder keys is a lawyer away from their money.

If the guy has too much debt, then the insurance company should not have insured him in the first place. If the risk was there from the beginning, and they assumed the risk for him, then denying the claim based on his debt is just wrong.

Cheers
