one tiiimme, when i was waiting to pick up my little cousin at kerate claaasss, i overheard these two ladies talking about how "cute" the silver miata waasss that was parked in the lottt. i knew they were talking about my car because there were no miatas in the lot. so i got really really maaadd, and i did a judo chop on one of the lady's neck and broke her collar booonne, then i uhm, did a round house jump kick on the other lady's stomaaacch (im kinda short you know) and i thought she was fat but really wasnt. she was really pregnant and of chiilld... so when i roundhouse jump kicked her in the stomaache, her baby popped out and it was all cryyinng.

My older brother has a EVO with 500 hp the wheels.. He hangs out with the NY-Metro S2ki group more frequently than the EVO-NY group. He will even go to S2K meets even if I dont attend.. He says he likes the people more even though he has a different car.

I just read all 7 pages of their trash talking.

I understand we all have our opinions but I have and I always will cherish the s2k I've had. I do agree EVOs are nice....and amazingly fast, but that wasn't the number one factor that I was basing my choice on when I bought the car. It's just too bad that so many people base their negative opinions on such a car just because the EVO is "faster" and more performance based...
i use to have any evo 8 and s2000 are build better. evos tranny suck and one high rpm can destroy the transfer case. also you go through clutch quick! S2000 are much more fun like ridding a missle as oppose to be sucking inot a vaccum like the evo

Hey, why do I care what someone else thinks of my car? Was I unloved by my dad when I was a kid?

[QUOTE=my2ks2k,Nov 16 2007, 07:04 AM] the evo members run the gamut, just like here on s2ki; you should be able to appreciate a nice car, period. if someone does something well, applaud it!

this things that bugs me is that many of the evo people accept that the s2k is more FUN, but they want the evo for performance. unless racing is your serious hobby or profession, why would you choose speed over fun?

btw, i think the evo is badass.
