Just bought the last new MY03 Red S2K around here!
 

I love it!!! I take the long way home now...
I've turned my five minute commute into at least 15 minutes each way :dance2:
If you are interested in a great dealership in Dallas, go to Rusty Wallis. John Powers was our internet sales guy (very straight forward and laid back), and he gave us 3K off MSRP with no haggling. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour! Drove away with a big grin on my face! You were all right about that!
I couldn't sleep last night because I kept thinking about my new ride.

OO Rusty Wallice, I live like 10 mins away from there. I didnt go there for my S (went to lute riley) but im glad you got a great deal :thumbup: . Congratulations!!!!! I just got mine last week and I have already spent $300 on toys for my baby with more to buy!!!! Be warned, there are alot of toys out there that your baby (you) will want...

LOL I go to Rusty Wallis all of the time, and I look at the red s2k everytime. About 2 days ago I go there to pick up an '04 brochure and I noticed it was gone, and a silverstone was in its place.

I didn't even want to look at the MY04's brochure after I bought the MY03! I have no idea what they are asking for them. You should talk to John Powers and tell him you saw his name on this site, and that if he gets you a better deal, you'll put his name out here too! It's worth a try.

oh yeah, I forgot to add that John Powers (internet department) owns a black MY01. He said the highest markup Rusty Wallis ever charged when the S2K first came out was 2K more than MSRP. That's not as much as other dealerships I've read about. They seem pretty fair to me on their prices. I think the internet department cuts better deals too without all that haggling!

Well, I asked them when they should be getting a '04 in. They said they would call me next month when they got a silverstone in.

The guy I talked to was pretty cool. I was there with my dad, and usually I would be completely ignored because they assume it's my dad that's interested in the car. Even though I'm only 15, he treated me with respect, but...everytime I go there I get a little BS. "you know, the '04 has 20 more hp over last year?:cool: "...but its all good.

How many miles you have on your S so far?
