I just got done installing the JS Racing exhaust. The exhaust tip was a little bent from shipping...but a rolling pin and a hammer took care of that.
Quality:
Overall the quality is good...the finish is excellent, and the welds are decent. Hangers are wishbone welded onto the muffler itself.
Weight:
The exhaust weighed 17 pounds...I am very pleased. My s2000 just took a 30 pound $hit. Heh heh.
Sound:
Sound is crazy loud beneath vtec. I have run the car before without a muffler...and the sound is not much different as far as loudness goes! I am on a new mission to find a freakin silencer or some banannas I can shove in there. After vtec, the droning dies down dramatically and sounds pretty cool.
Overall:
I really like it. Looks pretty slick (not as good as a double exhaust though). A silencer is necessary buds. Any change in throttle and the car hums like crazy...good thing it is pretty quiet when coasting on the freeway. I'm pretty sure the wieght reduction and ultra flowing design will benifit the car's high end. I will try to benchmark against a stock S2000 soon (too poor for dyno runs).
BrandonB posted plenty of pictures...so if you are looking for pics, here you go:

Congrats man. Have you tried driving with the top down yet with another person? I have a comptech exhaust, and when I'm next to someone I don't want to hear anymore, it's real easy to drown them with the sweet sound of HP.
