Just Picked up my SpaYellow S2K... Snif Snif...
... and I'm so happy I'm going to cry!!!
I still can't believe that this is MY car. I'm so freakin' happy I can hardly contain it! I keep peeking in the garage every few minutes and each time I come away with a HUGE GOOFY GRIN!!!
On the way home after I picked up my Stook, I immediately saw another fellow SpaYellow S2K on the 405 freeway(southbound near Rosecrans)and we waved at each other. You here Bro?!?!
I saw another Black Stook right after that, but by the time I saw it, it was too late to wave.
This car is so solid!! I've been driving my '89 CRX Si for the past 5 years, so getting into a Stook is like stepping into another universe. The "snick snick" of the short shift, the digital tach clocking off the RPM(no VTEC for another 574 miles...
), and the open sky on a perfect sunny SoCal sky... can life get any better?!
Best of all, I was able to get my SpaYellow Stook for MSRP in SoCal of all places, so needless to say I'm stoked!
Now that I have my Stook, I finally feel like I'm a real member here... Thank you all for keeping my dream alive until now...
Excuse me... I'm going to cry now...I'm getting vaklempt... talk amongst yourselves...

Yellow here too man, Congrats, I must say that i slept in my car the first night it was in my garage. I could not keep my eyes off it, its just a wonder of life, specially when you see it parked and everyone is looking at it and you walking towards its and unlock the doors..... He he he...wait till vtec and enjoy...

Yellow rocks!!! i had a silver one before and it just didnt get much attention i was kinda upset then. Now it's too much attention. But it's good. I still remember reading a post here a long time ago and somebody said "you can't be bashful when you drive an s2000" and you know what, im bashful.... sometimes i dont know whether to look around or not cuz if i did look around people would say look at that cocky guy or if im not they'd say look at that stuck up guy.....i think i just need to mirror tint my windows so it'll match the greenish rear plastic when it's not cleaned! hehe

I just picked up a new car myself today - a 2001 Civic LX (for the wife) - I had hoped for a much nicer second car but since my stock portfolio decided to take a trip to the Bermuda triangle I guess the civic will have to do for now
