Koni Settings

I just installed my new set of Knoi Yellows and everything feels great. I've been experimenting w/ the firmness on all 4 corners but could use some advise.

Can anyone put together a chart that shows the different combinations and the results?

Front Rear Overstear/Understear Pros/Cons
Soft Firm ??? ???
Firm Soft ??? ???
Equal Equal ??? ???

I've done a search, but haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. Does something like this exist, or am I asking a dumb question?

How do you like the Koni's at the stock settings? How does it compare to the stock shocks?

I can't put a chart together for you, but I've found my favorite settings on the Konis to be firmer in the back (almost full firm) and somewhere softer than about midway on the fronts.

It is a kind of hard to explain, but I definitely like these better then stock. The Koni's compress a tad easier then the stock, but are firmer and less bouncy. I had 19" wheels on w/ the stock shocks and they used to rub after going over pot holes, or bumps in the road, but after installing the koni's it seemed to rub a bit more.

The handling is much better then stock. On stock, I could feel the back end starting to slip and had to back off the gas, now the car feels more planted and more controllable in turns.

Right now I'm running at full firm in the rear, and about half way between full firm and full soft in the front. I love it! I'll try your suggested set up this weekend.

What springs do you have installed?

Thanks!

:thinker:

Anyway - on my S2000 I had Comptech Springs. I have Ground Controls on my M which are Koni's with Eibachs but it is a totally different setup.
