Default Launch trouble! what rpms?

I just bought a 02 s2000 this month and was wondering what range/method most people use to get the quickest take off from a complete stop. Ive tried at various RPMs but couldnt cut down on the tire spin or launch lag. What do you guys think? Thx

6K clutch dump, considering dry pavement. Manipulate the throttle to control traction and floor it when it catches.

i also agree. but i believe its okay to do when the time calls for it.

just dont make it a habbit.

6ks good. avg but consider pavement and tires.

sometimes 6ks too much (cold pavement cold tires)

sometimes its not enough (warm sticky tires)
