looking for the elusive thread on weight reduction...

Can anyone help me find the thread regarding weight reduction...it was one where the members listed what they did to there S's and how much weight it saved them. Tried searching for it but couldn't find it...one guy even had shaved a few hundred pounds i believe...and i'm not refering to the guy with no dash. Any help much appreciated. Thanks

this would be a good thread to start listing what owners have done so here is mine:

Stock exhaust replaced with Single outlet JIC Magic Full Titanium Exhaust 7 lbs total weight reduction of 43 lbs.
I don't carry spare tire or tools. 15lbs?
I switch stock suspension to JIC Magic Colivers, some weight reduction I don't know how much specifically, each coil over felt lighter than stock, considering they are constructed from air craft aluminum vs steel which i think the stockers are. I would give it at least a 5 lbs per coil over weight reduction.
Stock Header 22 lbs, DC sports SS 12 lbs.
Removed Stock Air Box, AEM CAI maybe 5 lbs?

95lbs total maybe

That is really it on my part.

I am looking for forged big brake upgrade kit, Wilwood can save 25-30 lbs off the fron end.

At the last SCCA Pro Solo event my car weighed in at 2715 with RM Racing exhaust that weighed 45lbs. So I should be well under 2700 lbs now. This was with a little under a 1/2 a tank of gas.
