Looking For OHIO/Midwest Top Replacement Suggestions
 

Hey all!

I'm about to pick up another S2K (sold my 2003 a few months back) and I found a diamond in the rough that needs a new top.

I personally replaced my top the last time, and there is NO WAY IN HELL that I'm going to do that again. That said, does anybody have any affordable and reliable people/places to put on a Robbins top for me? I will travel for the right situation, I just want someone who knows these cars and and can do a nice job with minimal (or no) "extra parts" - thanks!

Kansas and Iowa are Midwest! A long drive from Ohio. :)

I recall hardtopguy.com (Jeff Goetz) is (was?) a member here who had a small S2000 parts side business and installed new roofs. All I can remember is he was located in Brooklyn (south suburb of Cleveland north of Parma).

There is a group roof install scheduled 1 June for Northern Virginia which is a lot closer than the "Midwest" :). Current thread running. Less than 5 hours from Youngstown.

Chuck S is right—-see if you can find Jeff (Hardtop Guy). If he’s not doing tops anymore himself, he probably knows someone in the area to recommend.

also post in the Ohio forum—theres a lot of S2000 owners in the Greater Cleveland area who’ve been members here for a long time—someone may have a recommendation for you.
