depending on road conditions and whatnot, I generally VTEC it at least once on every drive. I have attempted to drive it sanely, keep it below 6krpm...but it just calls to me...and keeps calling...until I give in and go WOT :D

i vtec when i go under tunnels or underpasses, which is only about 2-3 times a day.
