Actualy if you check Edmunds, that looks to be an excellent price. Start at $25k and work up from there.

Edmunds may say thats a good price, but if you keep an eye on what the MY00's are actually bringing in, it sounds pretty high. For comparison, a red 00 went on ebay a couple of weeks ago for $21K. Now that had about 15K miles on it if I remember correctly, but if you're willing to look at a little higher milage car, you can definitely get one for under $25K.

It was a no reserve auction, so unless the seller freaked out, I'm assuming it sold. I keep a pretty good eye on the ebay auctions just to see what people seem to be paying these days. Right now it looks like most of the bids finish at under $25K, but a lot of those have not met reserve. Also, there are a bunch of S2K's availible at autotrader.com for under $25K.

I'd say $26,900 sounds a bit high. Try for $25 and some change. Although black w/red is a desirable combo.

When you post to a thread, it only takes a minute to use the spell check. Not trying to flame you but the poor spelling and lack of grammar really degrade your integrity.
