I've had problems contacting them in the past too, and as a result, they lost my business. I think that it's faster if you PM Giampiero. I got a response pretty quickly after that.

MG Racing is in the process of moving, to a new location. Updates are coming soon on what happens.
I know after all talk is settled there will be better service. Because I am considering operating the MG Racing USA, Inc. and taking over the Company to better serve all customers.
I promise there will be better service throughout the S2000 community, and hope that what the Marrietta office has done doesn't leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth.
Let me know what you think

Tim, go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Giampiero is a straight shooter, honest and reliable. At one point in my order for JDM wheels, bolts and hubs, I wasn't sure that that was true, due to poor communication between Sue and me.
In the end, my order was completed to my full satisfaction. There were delays that were frustrating, but I think those were mostly due to Giampiero's supplier in Japan.
Because of the delay, Giampiero even offered participants in the group buy free air filters or cancellation of the order for full refund. He went above and beyond what he had to do.
MG Racing has offered things on this board that have been outstanding. Having someone on the U.S.A. side who really understands cars and customer service would be a great improvement.

Barry,
Thank you for the comments regarding Giampiero..
As for customer service I plan to provide everyone with the best service, and look forward to doing business in the near future.
As for MG, plans will be known soon. When I finish the paperwork and I gear up to take orders I will offer outstanding prices, G/B's and answer e-mails in a timely manner.
Details for MG Racing USA, Inc. soon...
