Yes, a 75 shot can be considered safe if tuned properly.

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/869...-into-nitrous/

there's an faq for you to check out, I've read it a few times. It's full of great info.
I read that already . It seems not to many people on here use nitros. I know tuned it's safe to run. But he's running that 75 shot on a stock ecu. No tune. And according to them he has a very solid af mixture . The 50 shot had them in the 10s for af.
People are always shocked to hear that nitrous can be used safely on a stock tune (to a certain degree), but what people forget is that there are two types of kits, wet and dry. Dry kits require a tune as you are using the Car's fuel system to add the extra required fuel. Wet systems have an additional "Jet" of fuel that they add to the charge. You can hear them talking about increasing the gas jet when the S2000 is on the dyno. So I guess in a sense a wet kit is tuned as you change fuel and NO2 "jets".

That's because it's a wet system. They're injecting both nitros and fuel into the combustion chamber, not just nitros like a cheaper dry system would.

A dry system is easier and cheaper to install, but requires tuning.

thanks . This is the type of response I was waiting for lol. I used to have nitros in the past. Might run a small 50 shot 1 day. Just didn't know if I needed a tune

The whole body kit thing he is doing is killing me.... he should of bought something from shine instead of some lower quality replica company. They had trouble fitting the front bumper on one of the latest episodes.

They put a new nose on the car and lower springs. Still has the NOS.

I think they're going to fit some exhaust or other and show it in a couple of weeks.

These guys typically buy cheap stuff and modify it. Wasn't the turbocharger they put in the Miata out of a Forester? Fun to watch in a way.
