When you hit 99,999 miles stop driving your car! Once you hit 100,000 it explodes!!!!
froz - you're new here, so I'm going to assume you know absolutely nothing about cars. Nothing magical happens when you hit certain mileage points. If the car has been well taken care of, then it will keep rolling.
I have a 1986 325 with 200,000 miles on it and the motor looks like it just left the factory. The only thing mileage really effects is resale - and that is mainly because there are uninformed people out there. There are some 100,000 miles cars I'd be more comfortable owning than a few 30,000 mile cars I've seen.

100,000 miles is just a number; it's how you take care of your car on a daily basis.

[QUOTE]Then what's left, self recycles into a Yugo.
I'm just about to hit 100k so I'm getting ready to list my new Yugo on ebay! I'm sure I'll make a killing.
Take good care of your S2000 and you will be asking the question at 200K & 300k.....
