I normally get 28-29mpg with every tank of gas, thats mostly city with some highway. Cruising on the freeway i stay around 75 mph and shift around 3-4, best tank I've ever gotten was around 32-33 mpg.

I average around 27mpg with equal parts city and highway almost every tank. I shift between 4-5k each shift (well, 1-4 and then a quick 5th and then on to 6th). I vtec it every once in a while if I have a nice clear stretch of road with no traffic (acceleration ramp or something). I find my S likes being around 4k rpm and I cruise at 70mph in sixth gear near 4k rpm.
