My U-K Alignment
Back in December, I got my local Honda dealer to change my alignment settings to U-K spec...I wasn't in the car, but trust their alignment guy to get it right.
Now that we're into the warm-weather driving season, I've put the car through its paces and can truly tell the difference.
It's a trade-off...the steering seems slower - no longer so pin-sharp and "go-kart" like at slower speeds. I have an '02, and loved the quick, darty low-speed steering.
However, the car definitely seems to stick better in the corners, and the rear end stays more planted on high-speed sweepers, offramps, and such.
I'd like to hear from others who've had the U-K alignment to hear their impressions.
I don't have the settings handy to post right now, but do a search under "U-K alignment" and they should pop up.
