i think you maybe able to find a better deal than that. look for an 02+ if possible they had the glass rear window which is easier to use than the plastic. to give you an idea my buddy just picked up a 03 with 5k miles for 26k so you can find the deals. Go to a place that finds them in auctions. thats what he did

Thats alot of miles at that price. I paid about that for mine and mine had 21K on her when i bought her in Sept. But keep in mind on your marketplace, that has a big affect on the price too. Since youre in Cali, you should be able to get a way better deal than anyone here in the Northeast would. Good luck

I just bought MY01 Red for $22.9 with 13k miles on it.
I live in PA
It's in perfect condition
The only thing that needs replacing is the rear tyres
The previous owner, knowing he was going to sell it, put cheap Delta's on.
Will probably upgrade the radio too.
The car is awesome & a blast to drive!
It's my first ragtop & I love it
This car is fast
It's as much fun as you can have with your clothes on!
Almost as good as sex.......well almost!
good luck....

actually california is the most expensive car market out there
used and new

arent interest rates shitty on private party? if thats not the case i can look at private party

i really dont want to spend more then 23k otd anyways thats why im leaning to an 01
that plastic window does bug though
in winter ill run a hardtop and summer ill only put the top up while parked.

I bought MY00 back in January...I wish I would have come here first before buying it because if I had known what I do now I would most certainly have bought a MY02.

Don't do what I did...get yourself a MY02 or higher.
