The New T1R 63 V2 and 70R Sparrow
Hi Guys,
We finally received the new T1R 63 Ver.2 and the 70R Sparrow
Here are the Specs :
T1R 63 Ver.2 Exhaust
-63mm cat-back system
-slanted tail with 89mm tip
-comes with necessary hardware and exhaust silencer
-entire system weighs 21 lbs
-dynoproven from Ver.1 +12whp
T1R 70R Sparrow
-70mm main pipe splitted to dual 63mm
-comes with necessary hardware and exhaust silencer
-header back system (you can bolt your stock cat back on)
-exhaust weighs 35 lbs
-designed for F.I. setup ONLY !
-Ported inside for smooth exhaust flow.
-TRUE 70mm main pipe
-New hollow exhaust hanger to reduce exhaust weight.
-New improved resonator with to obtain best sound quality.
I will be test fitting both exhaust on an AP1 tonite and I will post installed pics and sound clip as soon as I get that done

Is that right? 12whp from the Ver.1 exhaust? What about from this new version, Ver. 2? Any numbers yet?

Here's a dynoplot for the Ver.1 header back system on AP2.
I also have the dyno on AP1 but I can't find it
The Ver.2 will be a cat-back system so if you run the T1R test pipe as a combo, the gains will be similar.

There is no way it'll make 12 hp above the version 1. I think it means it's dyno proven over version one, to make a total of 12+ peack horsepower. Read between the lines

Ugh, why is the neck between the main can and the tip (on the 63mm) so long? Looks kinda ghey. Oh well, I'll reserve final judgement for the on-car pics.

^probably because they wanted the end of the tip to come out to a certain point, and the titanium tip would be more expensive if it was longer. They probably made the steel pipe part longer because it was cheaper. That's just my guess though. You won't see it anyway when it's on the car.
