new top

i'm in need of a new top and from what i've seen here a Robbins top seems to be the way to go if I dont go with the oem , question is will it be better than oem, will it look different than oem ...and does anyone know of a better top for sale , or better yet what is THE BEST TOP U can buy ??? any info would be very helpful , planning on replacing my top ASAP ...it was slashed ...but thats a whole different topic . Thx in advance for any and all info thumbsup.gif

nope, from what I know, the top looks the same but feels different. the material is not completely the same I think. or you can just get a hardtop.

I've yet to hear a negative review of the robins

I prefer hardtops though

Sorry to hear about your top. Robbins and EZ ON are two very good replacement tops. I went with the EZ ON brand shipped for $468 and installed it myself. I have installed a few others as well and all have gone with the EZ ON brand. I purchased mine from EBAY from seller Hindsightseeing with no problems. It takes a little over a week to get it though as the top is made to order.

to be honest it looks exactly like the OEM top. I dont know if i would be able to tell much of a difference between the two if they were even side by side.

i did the research before, i was/am going to inevitably replace my top and the ez tops have been fine and a lot cheaper. the bigger debate in my head was staying black or getting the grey stayfast, but lately i've been contemplating the hardtop...
