Default No Japanese Owners Section?

I was just looking through the Regional & National Community Forums section and noticed there was no Japanese Owners section. We could use their input on this great site.

we've tried to entice them to come over, but the additional language support and their shyness have been two of the roadblocks. i personally would love to have them, seeing how many of us on the board speak Japanese on one level or another, we should try and ask them to come over.

Funny you should bring this up now. Just last week, I brought up the exact same topic in the Site Info forum. I am all in favor of trying to get some Japanese owner's involvement with this community, even if it is just via a link to some well participated Japanese site discussing the S2000.

I'm afraid most Japanese/Chinese words used in association with cars have very little to do with food description on the menu. The exception may be the Red Viper site, where the Japanese S2000 owners frequently have group outings to distant eateries where they sample the local food. So if you read the Red Viper's pages, you may be able to pick up some food related terms. Tell us how you did at a local restaurant.

I agree - there should be a Japanese forum - since some people in Japan can speak English, I know of at least 4 other owners here in Japan that speak English - but I think only one contributes to this board.
