I have a 2009 Rio Yellow with 65 K miles and I can tell you it is nothing like this. This car has been driven in a corrosive weather environment. (automatic disqualification for me) There is a lot of corrosion. The drivers door does not fit properly. Car has been beat up one owner or more.
With the accident I would walk away. Save your money for a nicer car.

I don't see any compelling reason to buy this car at all. Too many red flags as posted earlier and by someone who's seen the car. Winter driven in New Jersey ain't good for any car. Needs a $2000 roof I didn't note earlier and dealers have buggered this job for members several times recently. It's all all-day job if the installer knows his job. Even if the roof wasn't ripped in several places it's not retracting properly.
With the damage you can never restore it to as-new condition something more and more want now that the cars are becoming rarer.
Why the worn floor mats are in there mystifies me!
Now if you want to supercharge the car and strip it out for some of racing it may have more interest. Or if you want a winter project car wait for it to go back to the auction (where it no doubt came from) and buy it cheap. CARFAX should show where it came from.

I drive by this s2k everyday and its been sitting there for months. I looked at it and def not worth it. Front end has been horribly resprayed, soft top has a tear and interior is in no where near good condition. the car was originally up for over 20k which is laughable. Though this weekend they took it off the ramps it was parked on so maybe some poor soul bought it?

Wow, that is too bad. From pictures it didn't look as bad but as all the users pointed out above there are a lot of issues with this car. Perhaps this S is destined to be a auctioned off for parts or to a shop to be rebuilt for the track.

I honestly wish I was closer to this car because I would negotiate with price. Idk why people here are all negative with the car when I see ap1’s Going for 10k with similar problems. For 13-4K this car is a steal. Would be a fun project to restore for any enthusiast whether it’s for track purposes or to daily drive her.

Now down to $15.5k before negotiation. Not to mention you could resell the OEM AP2 v3 wheels, OEM lights, interior trims, etc to recoup even more money for a track/autocross build...

I'm 6 miles from Academy Honda. Typical for one of their used cars. And the poor quality of repairs done by them.
My sister has a 2009 Civic Si, it had the defective paint, and their body shop "repainted" it. Looks more like a 5 year old did it. Awful.
She also got ripped off when she bought that one new, and her husband had an engine failure in his Element due to their incompetence.
They still don't learn, and bought a used "certified" 2014 Odyssey. Wrecked, poorly repaired, missing parts, etc. So they bring it back to have all the missing stuff on it, and they damage in in their lot and try to get away with it.
That was a mistake.
The S is down to 12,500.
