Default Not many on the street.

I'm a relatively new owner and for the first time last weekend I ran into another S2000 on the highway. A chick driving a white S2000...we both had the top down. She honked and drove by. Cool to feel like you are part of a club.

That got me thinking that it seems a rare sight to see an S2000 on the street and I think I've only seen one three or four times before during my daily business in DFW. On the other hand, I saw no less than 4 yellow Mustangs on Saturday.

Yellow mustangs. Yuck. Put yellow on a Viper. Put it on an S2000. But don't put it on a Mustang. Yellow needs curves.

I looked up online and discovered that there were fewer S2000's of all colors built in 2001 than there were Yellow Mustangs by about 500 cars. Neat

Come here... I saw three just during my hour lunch break. Tons of them shooting around as daily drivers. No wonder my local dealer won't come off sticker... he sells his used ones for $34k... grrrrrr

You should feel fortunate to live somewhere that the S2000 is rare. There are lots and lots of S2000's around here. I see them all the time. However, I always enjoy seeing them and it doesn't bother me that my car is becoming more common.

as far as i know there are ZERO s2000s within 20-30 miles of where i live...I think that the vast majority of the s2000s in PA are in or around Philadelphia. I do have plenty of pick up trucks here in 'hickville' though.
