Yes but the air tube is different on the on the drive by wire AP2.

Thank you Bama! Any chance you can elaborate on that? Noobie here. Thx again....

Just purchased an 02 that is stock other than air box. Has K&N now. Want to return to OEM.

What am I going to need?

check out Craig's list around your region. Usually pretty good deals on there.
