Just over 38k. Like 38100 or something.

Wow! That's a good price.

I wasn't sure if 2008 with the cluster change etc was mkre worth it

thanks again.

i tried to edit my post but it won't let me?

That's the hard part - value is what the buys places on the car, and everyone has different priorities on what adds or removes value. For me, unmolested, unmodified was my priority. Preferably no accidents or at least no rust. I preferred to not have one passed around 5 owners. I spent almost 2 years tracking S2000s and prices within 200 miles of me, documenting each one. There's a rough rule someone posted on here that seems to hold pretty true. A 2006 with 40K miles, clean should go for about 22K. Add 1K for every year newer, and 1K for every 10K miles less. Subtract 1K for every 1 year older and every 10K miles more.

Using this logic, #1 should be about 20K clean, and I personally would take another 2K off for the mods.
#2 should be 20K as well, but it's less miles and more pristine.
#3 should be going for about 16K at best with that kind of mileage. Probably less. (once you cross 100K, it's not so linear with the $1K per 1K miles)

Again, if your goal was mods and you saw that #1 is already modded like you want, then you might add value to it since it fits your needs. Anyway, that's my logic. I waited 2 years to find the right one for me. Be patient.

The dealer raised the price by $1000 on AutoTrader after I made the deal. However I did only pay the original price.
I don't even think the bonnet that goes over the soft top when it is down, was ever used. It is still in the packaging. I also don't think the previous owner ever used the soft top. It looks like new.
I just knew when I saw the color combo that I needed to get it ASAP. So happy with this car.
I was one of those people that was behind you, the sales manager told me the car was gone 15 mins after it came online, I guess that was you lol

Congrats!

Remind me how many miles on the car ? So I can feel bad about it again ..

Oh boy. So so sorry. Really. I know how that feels as I am usually the one missing out.
Mileage 38,277. Also had brand new tires, fresh oil change, new brake fluid etc... I am usually cursed. But maybe, just perhaps maybe I have shaken the curse.

haha, all good. It's about the 4th or 5th 07/08 GPW I've missed out on in the past 18 months or so, so I'm kind of used to it. lol

Sounds like a real gem and a steal at that price! Congrats again!

There is an 08 GPW red/black on autotrader in New Jersey I think. $29500. Low miles too.

Yeah, he's actually pretty close by, I reached out to the seller a few weeks ago, wasn't ready to reduce the price.
