Curious. Or just from my descriptions?

I heard him screeching up from behind me and then boom basically, he side swiped me real hard.

I'm guessing he was pulling off a fast pass on the right and got cut off.
He then dove to the right to avoid someone but then hit me.
In the Socal section, there was a mention on you being hit by a vehicle and the pictures showed it was a 7-series. Thanks for the clarification. I'm glad you came out alright. That was really dangerous and reckless on the BMW's part and on top of that, that kind of driving shows how negligent those people are. Rest up and hope you get everything covered and fixed up. Your car was awesome and I'm very sad to see another GPW gone.

We should all list our CR's for sale at exorbitantly high prices to help raise the market value of CR's in so-cal...

This may help Ploney replace the car

Keep us posted!

I like that.

So far I've seen prices for CR's with around 16k miles , like mine had, from $27,900 - $32ish. Only one actually in CA, Walnut Creek.

No GPW's of course

idk if you saw my post but im really glad that you made it out ok!
car is just car... but you have only one life and you managed to maintain that!

so now come the reality

you can hire private appraier to get actual market value of GPW CR to prove that they worth more than regular CRs to get the most out of your current value of your car

did you have gap insurance? or special policy?

after i talked to Mike i added that to my policy
so in case my car gets totalled... they have to replace it with GPW instead of other color CRs plus now my aftermarket parts are covered

i really wish we had a GPW photoshoot before your accident though

Wow.. The pics are horrific to look through. I'm glad you're okay, though.

Glad you're ok. Sorry about the car. Make sure you ice your injured areas and get some treatment. I've been rear-ended before and sometimes it takes weeks before your back/neck begins to hurt.
100% agree... take some time, and make sure you get checked out.. and if you feel the slightest pain or tightness, get checked again...

Car can be replaced.. life can not... Glad to hear that you are ok. Get better soon
