I would make sure the coolant overflow situation is 100% clearly understood, and that it's not a symptom of another problem (could be a number of things).

I bought my ap2 with 20k on it for the same price and an extended warranty.

do a PPI ( pre purchase inspection) from honda or any other place you trust, if everything comes out clean, handle it, and switch out them fluids!
