32 miles is no test drive, 15miles is a little more understandable. However, Dario is right confront the service manager. If he gives u just a lil bit of sneaky sh*t...go off.

I've never had a service tech take my car out for more than a mile for a test drive. I would absolutely go off.

Someone pulled a Ferris Bueller, huh? That sucks... It's not a big mileage amount, but it's the principle... I'd say something.

I never had more then 2 miles extra after getting my car serviced.
I would talk to them about it.
They usually record the mileage first.
I hope they didn't use ur car for test drives along the way.

After the first one I would have filed the complaint for that many miles, especially if there was no need for that long of test drive!

Same here. More than around the block is pushing it IMO. Unless you had major engine/tranny work done and it needed o be more thoroughly tested. I would be pissed. My one and only encounter with a Honda dealership thus far was my 6000 maintenance, I mean $150 oil change. They only drove ti around the block, not even .5 miles and brought it back. The bad part was that when I got home and checked the oil, it was about 4-5 X's low. Got a free oil change out of it but I was pissed. This is the first and only time I have ever had a dealership change my oil and look what I got I am even having trouble with going back for the free change. You can't blame the service guy for wanting to drive one of the best sportscars around, but that doesn't make it right. And someone in th frame of mind probably wouldn't take very good care of the car either. There have been too many horror stories with dealerships trashing cars over the years, I would go off Wantone.

I'd be pissed too. I'd definately take it up with the Service Manager. You also gotta wonder if they drove it 30 miles, how many times did they Vtec it. While that in and of itself isn't horrible, I like to save all my Vtec moments in my car for myself.

Persue it in one way or another....I'm sure you'll come up with the right plan.

I would talk to the service manager. In my experience...not naming the dealer I used to work at.....we had people take the S's out all the time when they came in for service-----joy riding----not related to the reason for the car being there at all.

Max should be 5miles---check engine light, rattle inspection, any kinda noise.

And it was/is a no-no to put the top down on a customers car when picking the car up....how would you like a punkass kid rolling up in your car with top down.

I'd tell dealer...if there has to be a test drive, I wanted to know about it and why!
