planning to sell MY'00 for 2004 edition....

I like very much my car, but it's the very "old" model, and I don't like some things on it. I don't like the carpet on the chassis tunnel (unlike the 2002 version=leather), Also my my seats are a bit destroyed (driver's seat the most) and the soft top don't works very well. Of course those damages are due to the extented use, and are fixable, but I can't stop looking at these photos!! What do you think guys?? If I sell it for $35000 then I need only $15000 to buy the new model!! PLEASE HELP!!

If you sell it for how much?? Not 35,000 I'm sure.

The price of the current modle MSRP is 32,600. The new price should not be TO much more. 500-800 is the guess.

He's not talking in USD.

I think he is talking about his local currecy. I think he is saying the car is $50,000 in Greece.

I like the '03 better than the rumored changes for the '04, but if you like the changes, go for it.

You want to sell a MY00 for $35k? Wow, you may want to better understand the value of your vehicle, especially with the damage you mentioned. Check out http://www.nadaguides.org for an idea.

I'm assuming you are talking $35k in USD and not EUR, if you're talking EUR then that's even more outrageous sice that's almost $40k USD.

Maybe they're worth more in Greece...

Here in my country, things are totally diffrent! A new '03 S2000 costs $46000, without hardtop, spoiler etc. The new 2004 model is supposed to cost $49000, according to the official magazines, so I can sell my 2000 model for $33.000-35000. Some guys that own the hardtop sell their cars for $38000!! I dunno why there in the US the S2000 is so cheap. If I were you, I could have the NSX!:p

Is that EUR or USD you're talking?

$49,000 EUR = $54,789.96 USD
